Whether you're just beginning to explore your options, deciding where to study abroad, or comparing different study abroad programs, our structured approach helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Explore the services below to understand the support available at each stage of the admissions journey and choose the option that best reflects your needs and circumstances. If you're unsure where to begin, our Initial Assessment is the best place to start. You can also learn more about Atlas Scholars and our approach to international education on our About page.
A structured process. Honest guidance. Real support.
Most agencies give you a list of universities and call it guidance. Atlas Scholars gives you a structured, documented, stage-by-stage journey, with a dedicated team reviewing your academic profile, preparing your visa file, communicating with universities on your behalf, and staying available through your first year abroad.
Every package is fixed and transparent. You know exactly what is included, what is not included, and what every cost covers, before you commit to anything.
“No false promises. No random applications. Just structured guidance from assessment through transition.”
Pricing Notice
The prices shown below are Atlas Scholars service fees and cover the professional guidance and support specifically included in each package. Third-party costs are separate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Initial Assessment
500 MAD
ONE-TIME
Your First Step Towards Studying Abroad
The Initial Assessment is designed for students and families who need a serious first review before selecting a wider service.
Before recommending universities or beginning formal matching, we take the time to understand the student. During this one-to-one meeting, we gather detailed information about the student's academic background, study interests, career ambitions, language readiness, destination preferences, family circumstances, budget and intended timeline.
The information collected allows our academic team to prepare a structured preliminary student profile and identify the most appropriate next steps.
DIRECTION & STRATEGY
Atlas Pathway
3,000 MAD
FIXED FEE
Clear Direction Before Applications Begin
Atlas Pathway is a complete advisory and university-matching service for students and families who need clarity before committing to university applications.
The package brings together the student's academic profile, programme interests, destination preferences, family budget and practical circumstances. Our academic team then uses this information to identify and compare university and programme options that may align with the student's overall profile.
The result is a structured Student Pathway Report presenting three possible options for the student and family to consider.
APPLICATION SUPPORT
Atlas Application
10,000 MAD
FIXED FEE
Structured Support From Pathway to University Offer
Atlas Application is designed for students and families who want Atlas Scholars to support the university application process but do not require visa preparation, relocation or first-year transition support.
The package includes the complete Atlas Pathway service, followed by structured application preparation, document management, deadline tracking and university communication.
Where the university permits an adviser or representative to submit the application, Atlas Scholars may complete the submission on the student's behalf. Where the student must apply directly, we guide them through each stage step by step.
Atlas Application + Visa Ready
13,500 MAD
FIXED FEE
Application Support With Expert Visa Preparation
Atlas Application + Visa Ready is designed for students and families who want support through both the university application and student visa preparation stages.
The package includes everything in Atlas Application. Once the student receives an admission offer and decides to proceed, we begin organising the visa file in accordance with the requirements available for the relevant destination.
The completed file is reviewed by an immigration expert before submission to check its completeness, consistency and general compliance with the applicable requirements.
END-TO-END SUPPORT
Atlas Full Journey
